RESTORATION
A new chapter for an old church
Kurri Kurri Church of Christ was founded in 1920 and has blessed its community. Now a new chapter has begun as we merge with Living Hope Churches of Christ.
The Bible says that all things have a season. A time to laugh, a time to cry. A time to plant a time to harvest. In 2022 the church here recognised it was the end of one season and the beginning of another. So they invited a sister church, Living Hope Maitland, to come and do something new.
We are just at the begining of that journey. We are in a season of transition as we honour the past and look forward to the future. So if you come along, don't be surprised by a mix of styles, ideas, and people. We are all on the journey together to discover what this new church looks like and how it can bless the local community.

Living Hope is more than a name
It is a promise from scripture about our identity. It tells us about the difference jesus has made in our lives and how to live each day to the full.
We are Born Again. Because of Jesus we get a new life and can lay down the baggage of the past.
We have Living Hope that is renewed each and every day and shapes our future.
We live in the Resurrection of Jesus. His life, death, and resurrection tells us a new story about our lives.
